My practice offers a safe and nonjudgmental space to help you work through whatever stage you are at in your life's journey. Life can sometimes feel difficult and overwhelming and life transitions can be stressful. My counseling belief and foundation comes from a wellness approach. I believe that it is not what is wrong with an individual but what has happened to them and how it has impacted them in their life that is important. My goal is to focus on your strengths and to help you work towards finding solutions. It is a team approach and we work together to achieve what you want and need from therapy. The time you spend with me is about meeting you where you are at and working towards a healthier and happier you.

I have found through the years that there is not one specific style of psychotherapy that works for all people so I utilize a variety of techniques depending on the individual. It may range from CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) to a Somatic approach which involves mindfulness and awareness of the body.

I welcome the opportunity to meet with you. I offer an initial 20 minute consultation at no charge. It is important that you find the right therapist for you. Finding the right match between the client and counselor is critical in being able to build a relationship of trust and comfort.

I hope that I am able to help you on your journey in life.

Daring greatly means the courage to
BE VULNERABLE.
It means to show up and be seen.
To ask for what you need.
To talk about how you’re feeling.
To have the hard conversations.
